Plinth Partners is a real estate investment and development platform operating across secondary markets in North and South Carolina. We acquire land, develop residential and commercial projects, manage held assets, and allocate capital across real estate and business acquisitions.

We operate where demand is structural, land remains accessible, and the community benefit is clear. Our approach is methodical — we study each market before committing capital, build relationships with planning departments before breaking ground, and underwrite every deal with the same discipline regardless of size.

Workforce and attainable housing is central to our development strategy — not because it is the path of least resistance, but because it represents the most durable demand in our target markets. Every project is tied to real buyers, real income data, and real community need.
